For some people, voice typing saves time. For others, it can make everyday writing and communication more accessible. We want cost to be one less barrier.
12 months of Flow Plus, at no cost
Eligible individuals may request renewal. No payment method required and no automatic conversion to a paid plan.
Who can apply?
This program is for individuals who experience meaningful difficulty with conventional text input because of visual, motor or fine-movement, reading, writing, language-processing, or other disability-related or temporary health-related needs—and for whom Flow may be helpful.
You do not need a disability certificate, medical record, diagnosis or income document. We use a simple good-faith self-declaration. This program is separate from general pricing assistance.
What is included?
- Flow Plus for 12 months, with the usual Plus features and a current allowance of 12,000 words per week.
- Use the same eligible Flow account on supported iOS, Android, macOS and Windows devices.
- Request a further 12 months when your support period approaches its end. No payment details are required.
How to apply
- Install Flow and register a free account. You may try Flow first to see whether it works with your device and input needs.
- Email service@snowline.ai with the subject “Flow Accessibility Program Application”. Include the email address used for your Flow account.
- Simply confirm that you have an accessibility-related need for alternative text input and believe Flow can help. You do not need to describe a diagnosis or send medical documents.
Email applications are reviewed by a person. We will reply with the next steps; response time can vary.
Important to know
If you already pay for Plus or Pro
Applying does not cancel an existing Apple, Google Play or Stripe subscription. We will help arrange the free entitlement after the current paid subscription period ends. Please manage automatic renewal with your payment provider and do not assume billing has stopped.
Accessibility and recognition limits
Flow does not work equally well for everyone. Speech recognition may be less accurate for some speaking styles or speech impairments. Try the free version first, and let us know where the experience is difficult. We cannot claim that every supported platform or screen reader is fully accessible.
Privacy and dignity
Please do not email diagnoses, medical records, disability certificates or other sensitive documents. We use the account email and your brief request to process support, administer eligibility and manage the entitlement, with restricted access and necessary records. For questions about access or deletion, contact us and review our Privacy Policy.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need official disability paperwork?
No. A brief, good-faith statement about an accessibility-related typing need is enough to request review.
What if the difficulty is temporary?
You may apply if injury or recovery currently makes ordinary typing significantly difficult and Flow can help.
What happens after 12 months?
You can request renewal by replying to our email and confirming you still need the support. We will review the request; your free access does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.
Can I get Pro or unlimited typing instead?
This program starts with the regular Plus allowance. If it does not meet an essential accessibility need, tell us so we can consider your case individually. An upgrade is not guaranteed.
