1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flow Keyboard and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Snowline LLC ("Snowline", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Compliance

You represent that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement and will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms when using the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service on compatible devices that you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service, except as permitted by law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, infringing, or otherwise harmful activity
• Use the Service to violate third-party rights, including privacy, intellectual property, and publicity rights
• Attempt to bypass security controls, access restrictions, rate limits, or technical protections

4. Free Trial and Pricing

Flow Keyboard offers a free trial with full access for the first month. After the trial period, continued unlimited use requires a paid subscription. A free tier with limited usage remains available without a subscription. Pricing, features, limits, and availability may change at any time. Current pricing is published at flowkeyboard.com/pricing.

5. Permissions, Connectivity, and Output

The Service requires microphone access to process voice input. On iOS, keyboard Full Access permission is required for microphone and network functionality.

When you use voice input:

• The microphone is used when you explicitly trigger voice input
• Audio is transmitted to our servers for processing, and an internet connection is required
• When you select text and use voice editing, the selected text is also sent to our servers along with your audio to process the edit
• Audio, selected text, and generated text are processed transiently and discarded after processing on our servers, as described in our Privacy Policy
• iOS Full Access does not provide us with access to secure text fields such as passwords and payment fields protected by iOS

Certain history items may be stored locally on your device to support product features. Any such local storage is device-side and is not retained by us on our servers.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it. The Service may produce errors, omissions, or wording you do not intend.

6. Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party infrastructure and AI providers to operate the Service. Their temporary outages, latency, policy changes, or service limitations may affect availability and quality.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and related content, is owned by Snowline LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

"Flow Keyboard" and related marks are trade names of Snowline LLC. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Voice recognition, translation, or text refinement will be accurate in all contexts
• The Service will be compatible with all devices, apps, or operating system versions
• Any particular output will satisfy your legal, professional, or operational needs

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNOWLINE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN ANY EVENT, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) US$50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Snowline LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your content or output generated through the Service
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk to users or infrastructure, or where required by law.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ends immediately
• You must stop using and uninstall the Service
• Sections intended to survive (including Sections 7 through 16) will remain in effect

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we process information.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise required by law.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Consumer protection laws that apply in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot be waived by contract.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer the Service except as authorized by U.S. law and other applicable laws. You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions and are not on any applicable restricted-party list.
