1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flow Keyboard and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Snowline LLC ("Snowline", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Compliance

You represent that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement and will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms when using the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service on compatible devices that you own or control.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Fair Use

4.1 Free Trial and Free Tier

Flow Keyboard currently offers a 7-day trial of Pro features without requiring a payment method. The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Unless you choose a paid plan, your account returns to the Free tier with limited usage when the trial ends.

4.2 Subscription Plans and Billing

Available plans, prices, currencies, benefits, and billing periods are shown before purchase and are also published at flowkeyboard.com/pricing. Monthly subscriptions are billed for each monthly billing period. Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full one-year billing period and renew annually unless canceled. Any monthly-equivalent price shown for an annual subscription is informational only; the annual price is charged as one annual payment.

We may change plans, benefits, or prices prospectively. A change will not reduce the benefits already purchased for your current paid billing period. We or the applicable store will provide notice of renewal-price or other material subscription changes, and obtain consent where required by store rules or applicable law.

4.3 Pro Unlimited and Fair Use

Pro includes Unlimited text input for a subscriber's normal intended use, including normal personal and professional use, subject to fair use. Unlimited does not authorize automated or programmatic excessive use, sharing account credentials among multiple people, reselling the Service, bypassing technical protections, or other abusive or non-subscriber use.

We may apply reasonable and proportionate safeguards when usage indicates such abuse or threatens the availability, security, or integrity of the Service. These safeguards are not intended to impose an ordinary advertised quota on legitimate heavy use. If a safeguard affects legitimate use, contact service@snowline.ai so we can review the circumstances.

4.4 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date. The price, billing period, and renewal terms displayed by Flow or the applicable store when you subscribe govern your purchase. Taxes may apply. Renewal charges are made using the payment method managed by the applicable purchase channel.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so paid access continues until then. Uninstalling an app does not cancel a subscription. A store or applicable law may provide different cancellation rights, including immediate cancellation in some jurisdictions.

4.6 Refunds

Refund eligibility and the party responsible for a refund depend on where you purchased the subscription. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases follow the applicable store's rules and process. For subscriptions purchased directly from Snowline, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or credit for unused time, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not affect prorated billing adjustments or credits that may apply under the relevant purchase channel's rules when you change plans.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

4.7 Apple App Store Purchases

Apple processes billing for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Manage or cancel those subscriptions through your Apple account. Apple determines refund eligibility and handles refund requests under its rules and applicable law. See Apple Billing and Subscriptions.

4.8 Google Play Purchases

Google processes billing for subscriptions purchased through Google Play. Manage or cancel those subscriptions through Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's policies and applicable law; Google may direct you to Snowline for support or a refund request in circumstances covered by its policy. 4.9 Direct Purchases

Snowline processes subscriptions purchased directly through Flow's hosted checkout. You can manage or cancel a direct subscription from the account or subscription settings made available by Flow. For billing or refund support, contact service@snowline.ai. The direct-purchase refund rule in Section 4.6 applies, subject always to applicable law.

These subscription clarifications apply prospectively from the date shown above. Purchases made before that date continue to be evaluated under the disclosures in effect at purchase, applicable law, and the support process for the relevant purchase channel.

5. Permissions, Connectivity, and Output

The Service requires microphone access to process voice input. On iOS, keyboard Full Access permission is required for microphone and network functionality.

When you use voice input:

Certain history items may be stored locally on your device to support product features. Any such local storage is device-side and is not retained by us on our servers.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it. The Service may produce errors, omissions, or wording you do not intend.

6. Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party infrastructure and AI providers to operate the Service. Their temporary outages, latency, policy changes, or service limitations may affect availability and quality.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and related content, is owned by Snowline LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

"Flow Keyboard" and related marks are trade names of Snowline LLC. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNOWLINE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN ANY EVENT, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) US$50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Snowline LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk to users or infrastructure, or where required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise required by law.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Consumer protection laws that apply in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot be waived by contract.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer the Service except as authorized by U.S. law and other applicable laws. You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions and are not on any applicable restricted-party list.
