What happens after the free trial?
After your 7-day free trial, you can continue using Flow with a limited free quota. Choose Plus ($3/month) for 12,000 words/week, or Pro ($12/month) for unlimited voice input. Both plans offer annual billing with savings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both plans can be cancelled at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is the app free to download?
Yes. Flow Keyboard is available on macOS and iOS, with Windows and Android currently in internal beta. You can start using supported platforms with the free trial -- no payment upfront.
Does one subscription work on all devices?
Yes. Your subscription is tied to your account, not a specific device. Use Flow on your Mac, Windows PC, iPhone, and Android phone with the same subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscribe in the app. Available payment methods are shown in the app at checkout. After subscribing, sign in with the same Flow account to use your subscription on supported platforms.
Why does Flow charge a subscription fee?
When an input method is free, you're usually paying with your data — through ads, recommendations, or training AI models with your keystrokes. Flow doesn't do any of that. We don't collect, store, or monetize your data, and we use zero server-side data retention.
Flow is powered by large language models that run in the cloud. Every time you speak, there's real computing cost to turn your voice into clean, polished text. This is an AI service, not a traditional input method.
That said, Flow also offers a free weekly quota that covers basic daily use — you can try it without paying anything.
