Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Flow Keyboard account and associated app data even if you no longer have the app installed.

Send your request

Email us from the address associated with your Flow account. Use the subject Flow Keyboard account deletion request.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, purchase tokens, or payment-card details. We may ask you to verify control of the account email before processing the request.

What the request covers

• Your Flow account and associated authentication data
• Synced personal dictionary data and other account-linked app data
• Deletion or de-identification of account links in optional feedback where applicable

We may retain limited purchase, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute records where required or reasonably necessary, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Before requesting account deletion, cancel any active subscription. Deleting your Flow account does not automatically cancel a subscription or prevent future renewal.
